Deleting your ENBOLT account

1. Delete from within the app (immediately)

  1. Open the ENBOLT app and sign in to your account.
  2. From the left menu, go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete my account at the very bottom of the page.
  4. Type SİL (the confirmation word shown in the app) in the confirmation box and tap Delete account.

Your account is deleted as soon as the process completes.

2. If you can't access the app (by email)

From the email address registered to your account, send an email to info@enb.software with the subject “ENBOLT account deletion request”. After we verify your identity, your account will be deleted within 30 days at the latest and we will let you know.

3. Deleting specific data without deleting your account

While keeping your account, you can ask us to delete your comments, feedback, support requests or usage records: info@enb.software send an email to “ENBOLT data deletion request” with the subject line above and state which data you want deleted. Requests are completed within 30 days at the latest. You can also delete your favorites and saved routes yourself from within the app.

4. Data deleted and data retained

If you have an ENBOLT Pro subscription: deleting your account does not cancel your store subscription. To stop billing, cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, or on the App Store under Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
